It’s my prayer that this book will bring you to the Savior. If so, then I have truly made a difference here on earth. In the gospel of John 14:6 (NIV) Jesus told His disciples, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) teaches: “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
In Philippians 1:27-28 (NIV) the apostle Paul admonishes us: “Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ. Then whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the Gospel without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved – and that by God.”
I pray that you come to know Jesus so you can experience His great love that is beyond belief and allow Him to be a comfort to you like He has been for me. I hope that you honor Jesus in everything you do and that Jesus blesses you in everything you do and shines His face upon you!
I still live in Colorado and love it. I currently live with my two sons. They are helping me, and I am helping them. We have a dog that is a black Shar-Pei. Her name is Jasmine. We have loved her so much that she will stand or sit and just take it. (I don’t think she has any choice but to take it!) I take her walking every day. We both need the exercise. My sister and I sew gloves for the homeless and get them to the Denver Rescue Mission every fall. I sew other items and make outfits as well as repair them. I also play the piano. I love to sing and dance. I also love gardening and yard work. It is such an honor to go into the jails and prisons telling the inmates about Jesus. It amazes me how good the devil is at wrecking lives. But Jesus has overcome the world and says not to be afraid. We just need to stay in His love. I believe Jesus is the one true God. He has blessed my life and brought me a love for others that amazes me today. I wouldn’t be alive today except for Jesus answering my prayers to protect me.
